Meet Adam

Hi, I'm Adam Jeranek — and I'm excited to announce that I'm running for Loveland City Council in the November 2025 election!

Loveland has been my home since 1994, when I moved here at age 10. I absolutely love this community — it's where I grew up, where I'm raising my family, and where I've dedicated much of my life to serving others.

I graduated from Sycamore High School in 2003 and soon after answered the call to serve in the United States Marine Corps. Just two months before leaving for boot camp, I met my amazing wife, Christina. During my service, I completed a 13-month combat deployment in 2008 to Fallujah, Iraq as a Combat Engineer with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Forces Headquarters Group. I separated honorably from the Marine Corps in 2010. Today, Christina and I have two amazing kids — Jane (13) and Christopher (10), both proud students of Loveland City Schools.

In 2014, I answered another call to service and joined the Cincinnati Fire Department, where I've proudly served as a Firefighter/EMT for the past 11 years. I've also had the honor of representing my fellow firefighters as the District 2 Representative for Cincinnati Firefighters Local 48 for the past 8 years.

My dedication to Loveland runs deep. I began volunteering with the Loveland-Symmes Fire Department's Emergency Services Unit in 2011, serving for six years. Since then, I've continued giving back to our city through:

  • Loveland's Storm Water Committee – 9 years
  • Veterans Committee – 8 years
  • Special Events Committee – 4 years
  • Loveland Youth Baseball (LYBO) – VP. Fundraising
  • Loveland Youth Softball (LSA) – Secretary
  • Pheasant Hills Association - President
  • Small Business Owner

Through all these roles, I've developed a deep understanding of how our city operates and what it needs to thrive. I've watched Loveland grow, and I care deeply about its future. That's why I'm running to continue serving the Sweetheart of Ohio and to help ensure Loveland remains a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

I would be honored to have your support and your vote for Loveland City Council this November.

Let's keep Loveland Fantastic — together.

Semper Fidelis

Goals

1. Continued Partnerships

I will continue to advance the initiatives that ignite a vibrant and thriving downtown, such as the Loveland-Madeira corridor, by collaborating on strategic partnerships that spark private investment. By investing in maintenance and infrastructure, we will continue to improve safety to make our vibrant downtown and surrounding areas as warm and welcoming as possible.

I am committed to ensuring Loveland remains a place where residents and visitors feel inspired to live, work, and connect.

2. Financial Stability

I will continue to promote our city's economic vitality by nurturing a balanced approach to business growth—expanding, retaining, attracting, and incubating organizations of all sizes. I am determined to build an environment where innovation flourishes, and our business community continues to thrive alongside our residents.

3. Keeping Loveland Beautiful

I will advocate for bold investment in the infrastructure that sustains our daily lives. I will advocate for the continued improvements for our city streets, modernize and beautify our streets and sidewalks, and enhance the physical character of our community, all to foster pride, improve mobility, and draw new private investment that fuels future prosperity.

4. Communication

Working alongside other members, I will cultivate a high-performing, transparent, and responsive government built on open dialogue and active citizen engagement. We are committed to earning the trust of our community through clear communication and a shared vision, together creating a model of municipal excellence that rises to meet the aspirations of our growing city.

Endorsements

"There are a lot of great people running for Loveland City Council this season. Many have teamed up, and more will team up before it's over. But I don't vote for teams—I vote for individuals. And Adam Jeranek is an individual who stands out in this year's race for so many reasons.

First and foremost, Adam is one of my closest friends. I see firsthand, every day, how much he genuinely cares about people and relationships. That kind of heart can't be faked—it's who he is.

Second, Adam cares about this community more than anyone I know. He has consistently given his time, energy, and effort over the years to help make Loveland the best it can be—and he never stops working to make it even better.

This is a strong field with a lot of good people, but Adam truly stands out. He plans to bring his character, his kindness, and his vision to Council—and I believe in his ability to keep Loveland moving forward in a positive, people-first direction. Vote for Adam Jeranek for Loveland City Council."

"Adam Jeranek was the first person I met after moving my family to Loveland a few years ago. First impressions matter, and I distinctly recall Adam's sincere passion for Loveland as he introduced me to Mile 42 for a Saturday morning coffee, explained the city's history and revitalization, and took me for a driving tour of our wonderful town in his iconic Oldsmobile convertible.

Over the years (and many morning coffees) I've recognized Adam's profound commitment to the Loveland way of life – incredible schools, a tradition of civic engagement, support of local businesses, and a cozy small-town archetype. Adam's charismatic approach to total strangers is matched only by his loyalty to friends – a truly rare combination that makes Adam a natural ambassador of Loveland's welcoming community and citizen-led governance.

He's one of the few people I've met that truly 'gets' Loveland and has an undeniable vision to grow and improve the community through selfless service and responsible leadership. I wholeheartedly believe he has Loveland's best interests in mind and will act in the interest of its citizens. I believe in Adam because he believes in Loveland."
